TRAINING IN SYSTEMIC COACHING WITH CONSTELLATIONS
Whether you choose to integrate this perspective and methodology into your individual coaching practice or focus on group and team facilitation, you are welcome to begin your journey of discovery on our two-day training, Fundamentals Part I: Mapping the Field. This level is available online Please see the detailed description below and the upcoming classes page for the next available.

Having learnt the essentials of the stance, principles and practices and started to apply them in your work, you are then welcome to step into Part II: The Intelligence of the Field. With a particular focus on the unwritten rules in organizational life, this level resources you to go deeper into the dynamics which emerge to protect belonging in relationship systems. This awareness will extend and enrich your work with individuals, teams and whole systems.

Fundamentals Part III: The Language of the Field is for those who have completed our Part I and Part II training and are ready to dive deeper. The focus here is on the unique structure of language used in constellations and systemic coaching. As the detailed description below describes, this includes the use of systemic questions as well as the resonant systemic sentences that are used to connect clients with the deeper fields of truth, resources and resolution held in systems.

All embodied practices take time and so for those who want to bring the stance, principles and practices into the core of their work as a coach, facilitator or consultant, our ten-day, three-module ‘Practitioner: ‘Walking in the Field‘ training is available.

Each of these incremental levels of experiential training is available online and in-person. Each is nourished by reading ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’. Please note that this is not a training in coaching but a journey into systemic coaching for those already practicing as a coach or in a similar facilitation, learning, HR or leadership/organizational development role.

We limit the size of our training groups to maximize learning. They are often fully booked several weeks in advance, so please note that we work on a ‘first come first served’ basis and that payment secures your place.

A detailed description of each level of training is given below.
CURRENT TRAININGS
Fundamentals Part I:
Mapping the Field
Our two-day introductory training explores the practical application of constellations in personal, professional and team-development coaching. After completing this experiential training, participants will have developed an understanding of systemic awareness and will be equipped to start using it in their coaching.
The curriculum includes:
-
Mapping – building representational maps that surface the unconscious of the client and the systems they occupy.
-
An introduction to the organising principles that sustain and limit systems
-
Application and practice in one-to-one coaching settings
-
Two exercises to use in team coaching
The learning is shared through a mix of systemic exercises, constellations and teaching. There are opportunities to practise application in one-to-one coaching, as this is often the most effective place to build understanding and confidence before progressing to application with teams or groups. Many participants have identified this mix of teaching and facilitated experiential learning through constellations as very powerful.

This course is open to practising professional coaches. Participants are encouraged to read at least the first two chapters of ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’ before attending.

This Fundamentals Part I training awards 12 hours CPD, ICF CCEUs
Fundamentals Part II:
The Intelligence of the Field
The Fundamentals Part II training explores the rules of belonging in systems and how those rules are in turn influenced by the larger systemic organising forces. Participants deepen their understanding of the stance, principles and practice of systemic coaching and develop their application in one-to-one, team and group settings.
The curriculum includes:
-
Connection with our own system intelligence: head, heart and gut
-
The unwritten rules of belonging in organisational systems and the intelligence of the wider field
-
Practice in one-to-one coaching and exercises to use with teams
-
Insights into personal and systemic conscience, boundaries and the hidden loyalties that emerge from these
The training offers a journey into the application of this applied philosophy and has proved to be a turning point for many coaches as they learn to hone their systemic awareness and then embody and apply the principles and practices underpinning this profound and yet very practical methodology.

Fundamentals Part II is for coaches, facilitators and organisational consultants who have completed the Fundamentals Part I training. Participants are required to read at least the first two and last two chapters of ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’ before attending.

This Fundamentals Part II training awards 18 hours CPD, ICF CCEUs
Fundamentals Part III:
The Language of the Field
In Part III, a three-day training in two modules, participants move deeper into the resonant fields of systems and learn to identify and articulate the language of the field. This includes resonant sentences and questions to offer within systemic coaching. This Part Ill training is made up of two days of training, a paired practice session with another group member in your own time, and then another half day of teaching and practice with the whole group
The curriculum includes:
-
The hidden language within the cycle of joining, belonging and leaving
-
Facilitating constellations with a focus on language and resonant sentences
-
Where systemic language comes from and how to articulate it
-
The sentence wheel and how to use it

The training offers the chance to explore and co-create ‘resonant systemic sentences’ with the group and offers opportunities for participants to facilitate constellations, in pairs or small groups, with a particular focus on the use of language. This builds understanding and supports coaches to co-create language which touches the depths of the issues that clients bring.

Fundamentals Part III is for those who have completed the Fundamentals Part II training. Participants are invited to read a substantial part of ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’ before attending – in particular the sections on the use of language, questions and ‘secret sentences’.

This Fundamentals Part III training awards 18 hours CPD and ICF CCEUs
