Northwest Integral was founded with the belief that every human being deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of skin colour, sexual orientation, gender identity, country of origin, spiritual beliefs, political standing, or socio-economic status. We celebrate the unique perspectives, contributions and potential of all people and are committed to inclusion throughout our organization and our offerings.

There is a growing crisis in our community. We see systemic racism manifest throughout our systems of education, and acknowledge that the same manifestations are present in our developmental community. Without deliberate attention to closing this developmental gap, we are bound to repeat the systemic injustice that is prevalent in all areas of our lives.

We strive to make the developmental learning we offer accessible to all communities with the intention to be inclusive across race, gender, sexual orientation, immigration status, gender identity, religion, body size, ability, age, and class.

We offer several scholarships to those that are committed to their own development but lack the funds to engage in our offerings. In particular, we offer these scholarships to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

Please contact us if you would like to apply for a scholarship.
