What You'll Learn
This 6-month cohort program will introduce you to our Agile Coaching methodology that emphasizes the Thinking, Being, and Doing of Agile Coaching. We leverage research-based models, phenomenological studies, eastern and western philosophies, and tangible practices to immerse you in a deeper way of approaching Agile Coaching, and generate lasting change within yourself and with your clients. Our curriculum will present you with practices that will allow you to shift how you are and what you do with your teams right now.

Leaders moving into new roles where they need to anticipate the complex, interconnected implications of strategic decisions

Build the ability to more clearly identify and articulate the impact you want to have with your Agile Coaching.
Learn and practice a pragmatic and pluralistic approach to Agile Coaching that will develop your capacity to operate in the complexity of your clients’ world.
Establish new approaches to your Agile Coaching that allow you to more easily appreciate the change, flux, and uncertainty in which you, your teams, and your organization exists.
Practice, revise, and iterate on how this new methodology is best applied in the Agile Coaching work you are doing.
Become an integral member of an Agile Coaching peer community from whom you can elicit feedback and garner support as you continue your developmental learning journey.

While no specific training is required, ideally, participants will have previously worked as an agile practitioner for at least 12 months and understand the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto. Participants should also have a fundamental understanding of ?????.
